Lufkin - Gen 2 Nite Eye, Cme, 16'/5M (L1216CMEB-02)

I was actually shocked how hard it is to find a small tape measure with both imperial and metric . So I went with a brand name offering both but this is more of a regular sized tape measure you would find in a tool box. It has both metric and imperial markings and the Lufkin Night contrast colours do stand out well. Can’t say it’s better than your regular black coloured font on a yellow background, but different for sure. The quality seems good, nothing really special other than at the time of purchase it was one of the least expensive models in this class and that’s really what sold me. It’s a good product, just nothing to bring balloons and streamers out for.

Great tape

This is an excellent tape measure. The markings are very bold and easy to see, with imperial on one side and metric on the other, which makes it versatile. I checked it against my 12" master scale, and it’s perfectly in tolerance (well nothing is perfect, but as good as I can see). So far it feels rugged and built to last, and I expect it will hold up for years of use. Highly recommended tape for anyone who values accuracy and durability.
