RimmelLondon Brow This Way Fibre Pencil, Softly Defines and Thickens Eyebrows, Light, 1.1 g

The only eyebrow pencil which works for my very fine brows. There was a major delay in delivery but seller was on the ball straight away and he sorted me out the same day. I would use this seller again.

Gives a natural look and colour, I’m blond and this just blends in, good staying power too

I bought this product a couple of time pre-lockdown in March 2020 from a drugstore, and started a new one just as it began. I was looking for a pale barely there brown/blonde to fill in the sparse area at the front of my brow because, while they’re naturally very dark, I just wanted a soft amount of colour to thicken them slightly without them looking blocky. This brow pencil was perfect, it gives just enough colour that with a darker brow gel I get the effect that I want, and because I was using it in such a small area, the pencil was lasting a long time.However after finishing it and project panning a few other pencils during lockdown, I finally repurchased in December... it’s half way through February and I’m almost finished the pencil, which seeing the previous pencils had lasted me four or five months, was irritating. I still maintain that this is a good product, but this new pencil when sharpened breaks in chunks because there is - I assume - areas where the fibres are denser and more compact, so half the tip would fall off vertically through the length, rendering the remaining half thin and fragile and it would instantly snap. The fibres are the only reason I could see for chunks to break off like this.This morning I sharpened a centimetre off the pencil because of the issue, which is not the first time, and it’s deeply irritating. This won’t stop me buying the product again, since I’ve used two of these pencils previously without this issue I feel like I just got a bad one, and I like the colour enough that until I can find a look-a-like I’ll stick with it.But if Rimmel could produce this without the fibre I’d be much happier, and I still recommend it if you’re looking for a really soft brown/blonde, but maybe buy two just in case.

Product was exactly what I wanted and arrived promptly.

My elderly mum uses these to define her eyebrows. I bought several as she gets through them quite fast. With this recent purchase, all the pencils have huge sticky labels around them covering the lid and half the pencil. They won't just peel off so I now have to spend ages picking the sticker and getting all the sticky marks off and am really unhappy with this waste of time hence only 3 stars. My mum would never have been able to do this by herself :(

Good colour and value

I’ve really struggled with this pencil. The colour is perfect, but it doesn’t go on easily at all. I find myself constantly sharpening it, and even then, the colour doesn’t come out well—I have to press really hard.I’ve used this brand before (not from Amazon) and never had an issue, but unfortunately, this one has been disappointing. I even lost a few eyebrow hairs as a result of pressing so hard! Sadly, I wouldn’t repurchase this particular one.
