SAMSUNG EF-DX810UBEGUJ Book Cover Keyboard Slim, Black

I tried a floating version of the cover/keyboard but found it way too heavy - it was 2.5 pounds without the tablet. So I got this. It is a little pricey but I got nice sleek looking slim and light cover with keyboard. The keyboard is totally usable and fine. It connects to the magnetic contacts at bottom of the landscape mode tablet and provides power to the keyboard that way - not Bluetooth. There is not any other way to charge it. And because of that, you cannot rotate 90 degrees (portrait mode) and use the keyboard. It is easy to use as a portrait style book and flip back the keyboard cover. It is the typical tent style configuration.

Excellent quality folio and slim keyboard for the tablet. Works excellent with tablet, well worth the money. Fits perfectly with tablet. Strong connection to tablet.

Looks and feels great. It's lighter than the book cover case and it will lay flat on surface when the keyboard is folded underneath the tablet for note taking with stylus. Key board feels great with good tactile feel. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered a new one. I received a used like new. It appears clean, fits and works so far. I thought it was strange that they didn't charge me until the day it arrived. 😐 I should have listened to the poor reviews.

I, like others, have previously had an iPad with the magic keyboard. This is really as close as it gets for the Samsung tablets. It is a great product and works seamlessly. The only problem is that it is pricey. I've bought a few of the off brand cases, and had a bunch of problems with them. In contrast, this one works extremely well, is sturdy, and draws power from the tablet instead of needing other charging.
