For as long as you would like. Or at least up until the expiration date. It is a common misconception that probiotics require refrigeration. They're only specific strains that require it, and this is not one. Virtually every probiotic out there is shelfstable. For example, a typical number is a drop of 5% per month when packed in glass and non-refrigerated.
