Quality and operation of the product is good. It states on the box that it comes with comprehensive instructions but unfortunately it didn't come with any.

The media could not be loaded.  If you like good coffee, try this appliance it is richer (stronger) and smoother. The instructions tell you how to make different strengths, from espresso to American coffee. But I played with it and do it my own way now. It's super fast and easy to use and easy to clean. The fact that you can pack it and take it anywhere makes it the best coffee maker on the market. There is absolutely nothing bad about this product. This is an amazing coffee machine. If you like the taste of coffee, give this a try.

Bought this by mistake as my eldest swiped my original when he went to uni. I rushed to purchase and ordering it while busy doing other jobs. Then had opened it before I'd realised it was a copy of the original areopress. It shows- the design tolerances are clearly not as good/ tight, the plunger is not as smooth, and the paper caddy doesn't even fit the papers in. I will end up buying the original which is only £3 more. It shows in the build quality and material selection. I feel cheated. THIS IS A POOR COPY OF AN ORIGINAL FOR VERY LITTLE COST SAVING.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The items inside the box where are all previously used, dusty and marked. Then the chamber was was missing along with the filters.
