This was definitely relaxing and helped me with my pain. But it did not take my headache away only helped the symptoms. Very nice cool feeling and easy to use how they recommended for anyone with migraines or extreme headaches. but this will not cure help the symptoms.

I have several of the one piece migraine hats and I end up never using them. I just really don't like how tight they feel on my head and they end up losing their coolness very quickly. They tend to make me feel very claustrophobic. This one came along with the velcro strap attachment and I thought I would give it a try.The ability to adjust the tightness of the cap made a huge difference! I no longer felt like my head was being squeezed. It also seemed to hold the cold a lot longer. Plus, I could use it for other applications just by opening it up and laying it flat. I will probably end up giving away all my other migraine caps and just keeping this one, possibly ordering another one to keep cold at all times.
