Using as a training tool every day, very nice! The paddles worked great for me, definitely helped me improve my stroke.. The straps are very sturdy and adjustable. Swim paddles don't too tight and had so many holes, provided sufficient surface area to generate resistance to push better with upper body. Unisex, fits all sizes. By switching hands, you can get a slightly different set of muscles to be exercised. They gave me a great workout and could be used for hours at a time.

These are the best seller for reason. I’ve looking for swim paddle for long time and now I found one. Very good quality, it fill well, confortable, stay on while going laps. I had them for while and I use them every day

These paddles fit my hand perfectly, not too small, not too big. Not only do these help you speed through the water, they add a fair amount of resistance and give you a great arm workout!

They are okay but not really as helpful for swimming as I thought. Sort of bulky and uncomfortable

I hated these swim paddle hands. They were hard to keep on. They kept falling off. They didn’t move the water the way I thought they would and so they weren’t very expensive and I just threw them in a cabinet and thought maybe somebody might want to try them someday
