I like this product I particularly like that. It comes in a great big 5 pound bag because we use it daily in coffee, which makes it disappear very quickly. Unfortunately, it does not dissolve easily. It takes a little whipping, but if you mix it ahead of time that makes it easy. The only ones I’ve ever found that makes easily are the ones that are not organic. That’s cause they add junk to it to make it mix.
