I have grown rather fond of these brioche buns... I don't usually eat bread, let alone anything other than brown/protein breads, so this is pretty much a 'treat'. They're quite tasty to say the least, very soft, plus they have that unique slightly sweeter taste, with beautiful textures that compliment the overall flavour and give it that nice, pleasant aura... I've used them for a plethora of different types of meals; most notably, chicken burgers + cheese, bacon + cheese, pâté, peanut butter + honey & the tiniest bit of jam... basically, they go well with anything, really amplifying the taste + texture of whatever you decide to use them for... ever so slightly/borderline toasted/warmed - which yields the BEST results... perfection. I highly recommend these!

This is a nice light, slightly sweet bread that makes for sandwiches, burgers or whatever 😂

These brioche rolls are lovely, we have beef burgers on them, slow roast pork and apple sauce (and cheese if we are feeling naughty) on them, sliced ham and soft poached egg, scampi, lettuce and mayonnaise, I could go on. But the roll is so good it makes every filling shine. I tend to lightly toast them and it is helpful that they are already sliced. Lovely taste.
