VELVET TOUCH lipliner waterproof #001-nougat crisp 1,2 gr

My favourite lipliner. I fill in my lips with it then put any lipstick over...it's waterproof and lasts all day and adore the colour of Nougat Crisp. I think a lot of people feel the same. I've got through so many! I hope they never stop making it.
