I was skeptical about this product when my wife ordered it. I'm now pretty impressed by it. The box was heavy when it arrived and you may need 2 people to help move and unpack it. I laid everything out and the instructions were really easy to follow while putting it together. There was extra hardware in my packaging which came in handy as I broke the head off one of the screws. The double sided tape for the undercabinet LED lights isn't the greatest and if not the for the two plastic end brackets that the LEDs sit in, the LEDs wouldn't hold to the top of the cabinet. I'll have to go back and add some more tape or figure out another way to keep it attached as it's starting to detach in a couple places. I have the LEDs plugged in directly to the TV so when the TV is on, the LEDs come on. When I shut the TV off, the LEDs go off. Works great because then I don't have to remember to shut them off. You can hook the lights directly into an outlet as well but I would assume you'd have to use the remote to shut the lights on and off then. The lights have MULTIPLE color choices depending on what mood you want to create.Overall, the cabinet is pretty cool. I have a 70" TV above it and it doesn't look too small (or too big) under it. I like the little display shelves on each side as well as the cabinet on each side to hide something if I want to as well. The cabinets and display shelves are NOT big enough to hold to an audio receiver. I have an Onkyo receiver and will not fit into the cabinet. I ended up having to go with a wireless speaker system because of it. A small DVD player or video game console would easily fit in any of the cubbies and there are holes in the back to allow for easy connection to electricity.The fireplace is cool. It has multiple color setting for the fire as well as the rock colors. There are three heat settings (off, warm and hot) and it gives out a decent amount of heat to warm up our family room just fine (it's a pretty big room). The fan is not loud or obtrusive and goes off on its own after the fireplace has cooled down enough once it's been turned off.Overall, I'm really happy and impressed with it and would recommend it to others without hesitation. I’m sharing this review because I did not see the gray one in any photos before purchasing. The fireplace screen arrived separately from the rest of the fireplace. It did say package 1/2 on the boxes, but there was only one tracking number in my orders. I reached out to the seller and by the time they provided me with the other tracking number, the other one had arrived. I put the fireplace together on my own and I am not very handy. So the assembly was not hard if you read it through. I had no issues. The fireplace itself is stunning and I don’t think the pictures are doing it justice! You have a lot of color options to choose from and I love that you can change them especially for the holidays. The heater works great and there are different levels. It’s remote controlled and touch screen.10/10 for me. If you’re thinking about it, just buy it!

It takes about an hour and a half to put together the instructions are pretty thorough until you get to the end then it gets kind of wonky. Looks absolutely amazing the lighting looks great too only wish that and you were able to turn off the shelving lights and keep the fireplace on but you can't you have to do both at the same time,. otherwise great product. Packing was very solid came perfectly packaged... came in two boxes.

Editing my review because they reached out and sent me a new remote at no cost!! Very happy I can change the colors now!!I would have left 5 stars. I really loved this but desperately need a new remote and have gotten no response from support. The lights on the left and right can only be change by remote but the rest of the features you can change on the screen so mine is stuck on red lights. Not cute.

The package arrived quickly and came in two separate boxes. At first, I didn’t realize this, so I reached out to the seller, and they responded promptly, letting me know the second box would arrive soon. Assembly was simple, and it looks great with my black couch. I’m really happy with this purchase.

The controller buttons are confusing to say the least.The layout and the button symbol choices make absolutely no sense.Also, the way that the heater works makes it so that it does not shut off automatically either. So you have to cycle through the button options and then stop at the 0h and wait a bit for it to finally stop.
