This watch is fancy! It has lots of features. First of all, it's very friendly for elders, it's easy reading and navigation. Secondly, it has the smart watch basic functions, like measure heart rate, record exercise...Thirdly, it has lots of features, such as clock, flashlight, games, music player, and weather. So much fun to wear this watch.

For the ways this watch works well, and looks nice, it has a fatal flaw that caused me to return it:When you hit the "ECT" (Emergency Care Team) call button, it gives you a "Not connected" notice 9 out of 10 times. If I grabbed my mom's phone and pulled up the app, it worked MOST of the time. If the app was not open on the screen, or the phone screen was dark, the call button NEVER worked. Not ever. In order to use the ECT feature, she'd have to have her phone with her and opened up to the app for it to work. It's even more frustrating when you swipe down on the watch screen to check, the little link/connection symbol is green, and the watch is sending/receiving data to and from the phone. So it's connected, but it's not!?And yes, I checked a number of things:1. App permissions were as permissible as I could give it. I looked to see if I had missed something and needed to give it more permissions but it already had all the permissions it needed.2. I checked to make sure the Android version was 5.0 or higher, and it was- her phone was 5.1 so it should have worked.After that... what else was there to check? I have no idea. I think it's clearly a software issue with the watch, but there's no way I'm dealing with that nonsense.I am returning it immediately.

This senior version of smart watch is use friendly. The battery life is very long (about a week) and essential function are included even the emergency call. The functions are all aligned with my Apple phone where one can get assess to all health inf. It also includes SPO2, BPM, steps, exercise, weather , etc. Excellent!

I have an Android Smart Phone, it was easy to connect, most options are working, cannot get the PRESSURE, MOOD, to work at all. I had to stop using the "SWITCH" which is for the Phone because no one could hear me (checked VOL. = ok) without using my Phone, it will cut off the use of my Phone. If I have the watch on "SWITCH" for my Phone then my Phone will no longer send the tones for Messenger or Phone calls so I shut off the "SWITCH". I have never been able to delete passed calls on the WATCH.I find it very difficult to find ANY real information via online that assists with setting the WATCH UP. I have found small amounts of info on things that most do not need. I would like to see something in English that shows every step to setting up this watch to work in each function which I have searched for but never found. The instructions are not complete so at this point I cannot use at least 4 functions. Not sure how I feel about this Item, still in question.

Purchased for an elderly person. The face of the watch is large and can be read with poor eyesight. The second reason to purchase the watch for the ability to dial an emergency number. We tested the emergency button 10 times and it worked once. Unfortunately we'll have to return this watch. If you don't need the emergency call feature, it's a great watch.

Seemed like a nice watch, was easy to set up. Big short-coming, it kept dis-connecting from the Bluetooth and wireless connection, a major issue for consistent use.

I recently purchased this watch, overall it is good. The touch screen functionality is reminiscent of the Apple watch. I have a fitbit charge 6, I tried several functions such as steps, heartbeat, blood oxygen, sleep tracking etc and did the comparation. The result is good, there are simliar no. of steps, hearbeat and sleep tracking, I’d like to say maybe sleep tracking a little bit weak but the app widget is really good, it consolidates the heartbeat, sleep together. I like the UI of app. regarding the battery duration, by one charge, I can keep 4 days, it is a reasonable period for me. Overall I like this watch and app.

THIS IS AN AMAZING WATCH, BECAUSE I HAVE EXISTING CONDITIONS, HIGH CHOLESTROL AND HEART DISEASE, SO I NEED TO MONITOR MY HEART RATE WHEN I AM EXERCISING, IT PERFECTLY SATISFY MY NEED , I CAN READ ALL DATAS WHEN I AM WALKING, OR SLEEPING. AND MOST IMPORTANT, IT IS WATERPROOF! I CAN WATCH MY SITUATIONS WHEN I AM SWIMMING. I CAN CALL MY HUSBAND FROM ANOTHER ROOM EASILY, IT IS SUCH A GREAT GIFT FOR YOUR PARENTS OR SENIORS TO MONITOR THEIR HEALTH ON TIME, IT IS LIKE A NURSE TO BE WITH YOU AND YOU DONT HAVE TO CARRY ALL MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS ALL OVER YOUR BODY, OXI-LEVEL, HEART RATE, SLEEPING STATUS AND SO ON, A GREAT WATCH WHICH YOU DESERVE TO HAVE ONE!
