As an adult, I was recommended to use an item like this to help with my "anger" issues. Now it didn't do/change the perceived change in how others thought I was angry, BUTTTTTT it was SOO AWESOME for my anxiety.I spin this thing daily!!In all different kinds of ways. I use it before having hard conversations with close family members, I use it during conversations to focus on a single point to tame my focus, and the durability helps do that.It is made of metal, with metal bearings. No this does cause it to make above average noise (which doesn't bother me) which bothers the people I'm around.

A little small, but good

I love this- I have had smaller fidget spinners similar to this one but with only a single gear on them- loved them. This is like those but 4x as much fun. Everything moves in sync and it comes with a nifty carrying case and a little tool to take it apart and put it back together as needed/wanted.I really like watching the gears move as they all crawl along the middle gear piece within the fidget.The entirety of the piece is very hefty and weighty and I LOVE that in a fidget item.It moves smooth and very easily and I could play with this for hours.

This item is exactly as described. This is a very nicely made, all-metal fidget toy. The metal construction gives it a high-quality weight and feel. The bearings are excellent and it spins freely. It comes with a zipper case and allen wrench if you get the urge to disassemble it. This will end up on my wife’s work desk where she is a school counselor and likes to have items like these for students to fiddle with - she finds it reduces their stress and allows them to open up more easily to discuss the issue that is bothering them.

I saw this and ordered it on a whim due to nostalgia and the idea that this might be helpful during some upcoming Zoom meetings. I get restless during long meetings and I'm tempted to start multitasking, but I inevitably miss something important when I do. I think this will help me manage my restlessness.I haven't tried a fidget spinner in years, so I was happy to receive this. It arrived well packaged in a nice zippered case with a small tightening tool. The spinner and the case are solidly built with good attention to detail. The quality is very good.Spinning this is visually captivating. The different color metals make beautiful patterns during rotation. In my opinion, the visuals are a 5-star experience. However, the sensory feel of the spinning is only 3 or 4 stars. I perceive the weight as being in the center and so it has a heavier feel. It lacks some of the satisfying sensations generated by spinners that feel more weighted on the outer edge. It's hard to explain.Also, it's not silent. the metal makes noise when you spin it. Fortunately, I can be muted on Zoom so nobody needs to hear it.Overall, this is a very nice fidget spinner and I think it can be helpful during long Zoom meetings when I must maintain my focus.

I love the gears and cogs in this spinner. They’re all connected together, so they all spin as one machine! Slow or fast, it is pretty fun to watch. The overall all-meal look is industrial and steampunk. Very nice!I keep mine in my office, and when anyone stops by my cubicle, they always pick it up and spin it around. Everyone loves it!
