Very well made and functional design. The quality is top notch. I watched the video from the QR code on the pillow and it helped me figure out the best way to use the pillow.They call this a head support pillow because it actually props up your head and prevents it from tipping sideways. This is different from neck pillows that sit below your chin. I found that neck pillows didn’t do much and wanted to try something with more support.This one truly does support your head. It’s a little different at first, but once I figured it out and found my sweet spot, it offered excellent support.I also love that this works really well as lower back lumbar support. I don’t always sleep when I travel, and this feels really nice behind my back when I’m awake.All together, this is a great solution for getting rest on the airplane. Sleeping while sitting up will never be as good as laying down, but this makes it a lot better.

I will say, this pillow is WAY better than most of what's out there and for the money, it's worth it. That said, it's a little on the bulky side and I found that it really was only comfortable when it was covering my face which was a little awkward. Then again, I got some great sleep on the plane as a result. Worth the price

This worked great on a long international flight. I paired it with an Infiniti pillow tucked in the top and actually slept pretty cozy on the plane. I was able to get some rest without getting a kink in my neck. This will be going with me on car trips as well. The wrap around the neck does take some getting used to, but once I got it adjusted, it worked great!

Great quality, but unless you’re at the window seat, it just doesn’t work. I did use it on the tray table to rest my head on and that kinda worked, but I wasn’t thrilled with the purchase.

Is it because my neck is short? When I wear it, it tightens my neck and I can't breathe and sleep. I returned it.

Fortunate or unfortunate (depending your viewpoint), as an individual who travels extensively for work...i've always struggled to find ways to confortably sleep on flights. Attemps have been made to get by with cheap traditional neck pillows but they never really feel supportive enough to have decent sleep.After a collegue shared the Takon pillow with me, i decided to take the chance and "invest" in what i was told was a much better alternative to what I had been using. I've been very impressed with the quality but above all else, the support it provides.One doesn't probably get excited when they think about travel pillows but I assure you, you will not regret adding the Takon pillow to your tavel must haves!

The fabric is comfy, similar to sweatshirt material. I bought this for a long flight. It looks silly on and is a bit awkward. But it did help with support and offered me the ability to sleep a little bit.

I have used dozens of airplane pillows and they all feel like my neck is kinked the wrong way. The takon pillow is so different because it rests on your cheek and shoulder instead. It’s literally memory foam! I scanned the QR code that came with it which helped me properly position it. That was so helpful. I also loved the bag / sleeve it came in. I easily hooked it on my cross body so it was super convenient to access. Overall 10/10 recommend it’s sooooo worth it!!!
