A proper Hoover, not like these stick things! Looks like a Hoover and does the job well.

Bought this to replace my former beast of a Panasonic. The suction is good on the everyday setting and it clearly picked up the dust that my failing vacuum had been missing. Pros - light to lift - onboard tools - good cable length Cons - feels lightweight when reaching so may fall against furniture - the brush drops off the nozzle when brushing! - you have to alter the setting before using the onboard tools - the suction is so strong that it's not a machine for the faint-hearted! It feels like you've done a work out. - the hose does not fit snugly at the back of the vacuum and looks ill-designed and stretched around everything else eg a holder for a part this model doesn't have. - It says to wash the 2 filters in the dust container and the exhaust filter every month. Overall, it's quite a good vacuum at a good price but not the last word in quality or design.

Absolutely love this vacuum cleaner. It’s heavy and powerful. Will remove animal hair and leave your carpets clean. It’s easy to use as it’s just needs plugging in at the main. Can be a little heavy taking it up and down the stairs, but I don’t mind because it fluffs up the fibres on the carpet really well. It’s a large vacuum - solid. The suction is amazing. The design is good. This is the second one we have had and I will be buying the same one again after this one dies

This hoover is amazing.. powerful motor. Yet not as noisy as all other makes ive had.. And lifts all my jack Russell's hair up. No problem... if this ever breaks down I would definatley buy again straight away

Good vacuum. Long cable which is great . Picks up well . Had 1 of these before and for the money are hard to beat

The suction is REALLY good for a modern vacuum cleaner BUT the clip holding the dust canister on doesn't hold on strong enough to lift the cleaner which it is designed for (I have an older model which DOES click safely!) so be warned if you try to lift the cleaner with that handle it could just fall and hurt you. Also the cover for the filter is too tight so impossible to remove for cleaning whereas on the old model it just slipped off and could be run under the tap. Other than that -the machine cleans well with good suction and is lighter than older models and IS good value if you are prepared to put up with these two design faults.

Fairly lightweight, great suction. Long hose. Only one small gripe is that because the hoover is light it has fallen over when I extend the hose. I would recommend it at the price however

Easy to use and manoeuvre around, good suction, easy to empty and clean. Great value for money.
