Not so tasty at first but you'll get used to them. Fruity.I take 2 at a time sometimes. I feel as if my body recovers faster and I appreciate the hydration it offers.I take them before or after a workout.They give a little boost in performance so it's worth the value.I would say I'd keep getting these because of the quality is there and the ingredients are safe.No side effects, I would say just to stay on the safe side make sure you drink a good amount of water after and at least eat something to avoid any problems.I had them on a empty stomach and I don't like the way it makes my body feel.These are a good source

I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering these due to the other reviews about the taste. I’m rather picky when it comes to a lot of foods, I also have ibs and was concerned about any unwanted side effects this product could cause. I was pleasantly surprised. The tablets taste great. They don’t taste chalky or too sweet or bitter. They taste like candy. Towards the end it tastes slightly saltier for about two seconds but perhaps that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I’m not sure. It’s not an unpleasant taste at all. But it made me wonder if that’s what people were referring to when they complained of the taste.I love them. I eat quite a few per day. I do daily peloton workouts and also walk a lot and am pretty active throughout the day and have a newborn. I would definitely reorder these and recommend them to others.

Excellent recovery chews worked great on a recent backpacking adventure. Came in use on long walks and tough trail hiking where energy was needed. Good tasting and refreshing

Has sucralose—the lemon flavor. I don't mind sugar, but that fake stuff tastes terrible.

I would recommend the creatine tablets but these are a no go. Disgusting. Not sure how they got the creatine tablets so delicious and these taste like a punishment. I'd recommend scooping instead and Animal has great products but this one ain't it.

These taste absolutely atrocious. Wish I didn't throw away the packaging so I could return this. Literally not edible. Bought this with the energy ones as well and they both taste really bad.

Been using this for about a month now and it has been doing exactly what it's suppose to do; I wasn't using anything prior to this but needed to find something that would help me get on with life with the soreness and I read the reviews and this seemed perfect. Which it has been perfect; I feel so much better the next day from working out compared to taking nothing at all; so this is an awesome product and def recommend buying. I bought the mango flavor and it literally tastes exactly like mangos; just chalky of course but not a big deal.
