Product matches description. Compact yet large capacity backpack. Comfortable to wear even on small frame with chest strap height being adjustable. All the features I was looking for solar power, RFID pocket, additional hidden pockets, charges battery pack and phone, fits neatly under seat in front on a plane, luggage strap, sleek design. Very happy with purchase.Usually as soon as I buy a product I immediately think of heaps additional design features and there are only four I can think of that would be great 3 of which are nice to haves.1. Built in TSA approved lock.The anti theft zips and features on the bag are solid but a built in TSA lock for the main compartment would really finish it off. I use a cable combination lock which is fine but would be better if it was built in2. Light weight cable lock to attach to furniture i.e. seat leg on a trainCurrent lockable strap feature is good but can be undone is someone sees it and has time i.e if you fall asleep or are distracted. Retractable Cable/combo lock would be better3. Built in raincoat /ponchoOther bags have this feature which is super helpful if you don’t want to be carrying a jacket, as there is little room in this bag for a jacket and also no where to attach one4. Bonus feature - built in anti theft alert/rear camera.New bags on the market have a built in rear camera and anti theft vibration alert as someone approaches or tries to tamper with the bag. Given the built in solar power source this would be a complimentary feature.

I just got this bag. I was very excited but was almost immediately let down. It looks good but has the old style USB cables. I am in shock that it does not have usb-c. Now I have to return it. The old style USB charges much slower. If they updated this I could see this bag being a success.
