I received this literally an hour ago and am already compelled to tell people about it. Its fantastic. While the surface area may be smaller than some other options, it does work quite well. Best part being the contrast mode of alternating heat and cold. This is a fantastic feature and is already helping with my aches and pains. It also makes it convenient to not have to switch anything out and let the heat / cold alternate. The one downside. The fan is loud af. It's like having a 120mm computer case fan strapped to your shoulder so you'll need some noise canceling something if you want to be able to focus with this thing in operation. I think the fans are required because they've used a Peltier TEG (thermoelectric generator) to be able to produce both heat and cold. They need the fan to maintain the heat differential from each side of the plate.

As a proud American Citizen, I have been boycotting Target for almost 2 years now. I knew I wanted this therm cube for my Father who has terrible back pains, knee pains & horrible neuropathy. So, I shopped around looking for the best price. Although Target had this same product in stock & the shipping said it would be here before last Christmas, I decided to SAVE some money (as the price was less on Amazon than Target), & I waited the extra 2 days after Christmas for the product to come in. My dad has found so much relief with this gadget. It’s great for pain in areas all over the body. My dad works very hard, & he tried everything for relief… you could go back to an ice pack that melts, or, you could invest in a product that fits comfortably on multiple parts of the body with the adjustable strap it comes with all while finding relief in a comfortable spot while relaxing! This product was well worth the money! And, it brought my dad the relief he needed!

This has been a God-send after developing radial nerve pain in my right arm. I can carry this in my backpack at work and heat + cool my arm during my lunch break.

Wanted to use this for heat on my neck and cold on my shoulder for old injuries/inflammation. The heat/cold/alternating functions all work great. Gets hot/cold within seconds. Really like that it does both hot/cold so that I don't have to deal with separate items that have to be microwaved or in the freezer. I use it at work too so the portability factor is a big plus, although this doesn't come with a carry pouch so I'm using the one my Theragun came with. The fan may be a little loud if you are in a quiet area. Took a couple of full battery depletions/recharges to get it to last for an hour without going to low battery status. The only downside I can find so far is that the straps/cradle can't be used for the neck area because the device needs to be in the horizontal position to fit. They need to make a cradle with the strap loops on the short ends of the Cube so you can hang onto the straps instead of having to hold the Cube with your hand. This gets extremely tiring on your arms/shoulders and defeats the purpose of being relaxed during the 20 minute treatment.

This is one of a kind! I’ve never experienced technology like this. It makes a significant difference after playing tennis. It helps alleviate any pain during tournaments or aids in recovery. Recommended to my friends 100%!

Works as it should with that said. This product has a short battery. 20minx3 then u have to recharge and that takes 4hrs. Other than the straps could be a couple inches longer to help it stay where I want.

I wanted to try this unit out to eliminate the need for ice and a heat pad. Overall, it works fine, but for a small contact area. Overall quality feels high. The plastics is solid and not cheap feeling. Becuase it is kinda bulky, will not fit on surface that isn't "flat." I do wish there was more flexibility in the heating levels. It goes from kinda hot to too hot. That said, this is a great step forward for an all-in-one solution to heat/cooling. Hopefully, the battery will keep the charge overall time.

I have many gadgets and tools for muscle recovery. I’m most impressed with this machine out of all of them and makes me excited on what’s to come in the future. The contrast therapy to me is just incredible. It gets very cold and hot but tolerable at both temperatures. I’ve only used a few times so far but I really think this is the most effective machine I’ve tried. I recently sprained my ankle and using the contrast therapy it noticeably feels better right after use. I also have a bit of arthritis in my shoulder and this can target and help ease the pain/soreness associated with that. Very easy to use and a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it so far. Hopefully I can count on this lasting years.
