I love this telescope, it was very easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow, it taught me a lot in the small instruction manual that comes with it, on what things are for and how to use them, a great beginner telescope for kids and adults who want to get into astronomy. I would highly recommend this telescope.

This telescope exceeded my expectations from clarity to structure. It looks sharp enough to pass as if I already knew what to search for in telescope equipment - yet this was my first telescope purchase ever! It is beginner user friendly to assemble and to operate, so don't shy away if you aren't familiarized or don't know all the telescope lingo. The carrying case is a bonus in my opinion, yet we let our telescope sit in the corner of the room as a decorative piece when not in use. We used this to find our constellation in the sky that contains a star we previously "purchased and named". This is a nice product overall and the price was very fair!

This is a wonderful telescope that comes with everything you need to have a great time stargazing. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son, who will be going into aerospace engineering in the fall, and he loves it. The kit comes with a great tripod that’s sturdy enough to keep things stable and secure when using, all the lens filters and adapters you need, it’s small enough to be convenient and something he can take to college with him, but large enough to “feel real” and not flimsy or like a toy; plus, it comes with a convenient bag to keep everything in one place. The best feature for my son is the phone holder to take photos with his phone camera. Images are clear and the magnification is great. I’ve always enjoyed telescopes but never had one of my own. Being able to purchase this as a gift for my son at such a great price point was a no-brainer. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a great jumping-off point for strolling the skies! Great product!

Great starter. Helped me figure out the basics. Optics are great. While calibrating the targeting scope, I focused on a utility pole about 100 yards away. When I was checking the scope view, I saw a spider crawling on the pole. I was a little disappointed in the stability of the tripod. But that may be my beginners shakes. 😄 I have yet to see the rings of Saturn. But again - that could be user error. 🤷🏻‍♂️

price range of $100 it's a great value. Good for us casual users including little ones, which is why we got this. It is great to look at the moon which my soon really enjoys looking at, getting a better view is great. This is also perfect for the different moons, most recently the blood moon. Assembly was easy, packing up is also pretty easy for trips to get a better view or away from city lights. It has an attachment for a phone to look with and take pictures, a nice bonus also!

The optical tube is of metal construction with plastic components. It has an integrated dew shield that can be extended out, which is very convenient. A focusing knob is present on both sides, but there is no separate fine focusing mechanism. However, the focusing travel is very smooth. The optics are surprisingly good for telescope at this price point. A finderscpoe is included. I was able to align it with the main optical tube without any difficulty. The lens cap has a central opening with a separate cap, so it can double as an aperture mask for viewing very bright objects. Mind you this telescope is primarily for visual use. You can, however, take pictures using a mobile phone with an adapter (included), or a simple eyepiece camera. Two eyepieces, a 20mm and a 9mm are included. The included 1.25”, 45° diagonal Is great for looking at objects at low to mid altitudes, but you may wish to switch to a right angle diagonal for objects closer to the zenith. Don’t expect to do hard-core astrophotography with this unit; I have several expensive, bigger telescopes, for that purpose. By the way, you can also use it for terrestrial purposes, such as birdwatching. And besides, for casual visual astronomy you don’t need superlative optics. I typically take my smart telescope to astronomy field meets and outreach programs. While it is nice to be able to show real time images on a tablet or computer screen, I have noticed that the public yearns to look through an eyepiece. Somehow, putting an eye against the eyepiece and gazing at a heavenly body seems more “real” than looking at an image on a tablet. There is an adequate alt-az tripod included. If you attach a separate third party manual mount, to the tripod, with fine control, it makes tracking easier. The optical tube is lightweight and comes with a backpack for easy transport of all the components including the tripod. So it is ideal for taking to an outreach program. I was able to see a ring around Saturns with the 9 mm eye piece, even though it was low in the horizon. The moon looked glorious with craters and mare clearly visible. I could not detect any chromatic aberration at the edges visually, but there was a hint of color fringing on pictures taken with an eyepiece camera. As a quick grab and go telescope, at this price, you can’t go wrong.

Non sono un professionista, ma da sempre ho desiderato vedere la luna da vicino, e ci sono riuscito grazie a questo telescopio! Il telescopio arriva con tutti gli attrezzi, insieme ad uno zaino, il che lo rende trasportabile ovunque... Il montaggio è abbastanza semplice, e come potete vedere dalla foto, la luna si vede bene e in tutti i suoi dettagli. Considerando il prezzo, e se siete alle prime armi, e volete avvicinarvi a questo mondo, lo consiglio senza dubbio!

Questo telescopio mi ha davvero stupito, è di valore assoluto, possiede caratteristiche professionali percepibili dal primo sguardo, si presenta con un moderno design di colore bianco, la sua forma gli permette di essere maneggevole e al tempo stesso resistente, di fatto i materiali ottimi e la cura nella costruzione del cannocchiale, lo rendono un telescopio di qualità, il suo utilizzo poi mi ha stupito, la visione è nitida ad ogni gradazione, inoltre supporta varie lenti per vedere in ogni circostanza atmosferica, sono rimasto soddisfatto anche dagli accessori inclusi nella scatola, il tutto potrà essere riposto in un capiente e resistente borsone da trasporto dato in aggiunta al telescopio, consiglio questo telescopio a tutti per uso semi professionale, vi assicurerete un pezzo di qualità ad un prezzo davvero basso, è stato sicuramente un bell'acquisto!
