Good value and quality.
Pretty good for 50£. Nice, clear image, decent options, decent refresh rate. Simple, good for the kind of games I play where 100fps is plenty but 60fps would be too hard on the eyes.

Recommend it for its quality and eye care features
I have been using the ASUS VA27EHF Eye Care Gaming Monitor for work purposes, and I am very satisfied with its performance. The 27-inch display is impressively large and provides crisp, clear visuals. The Full HD resolution and true frameless design enhance the viewing experience, making it perfect for multitasking. One of the standout features for me is the adjustable brightness level, which is particularly useful in different lighting conditions. The dark room function is a game-changer, as it reduces eye strain when working in low-light environments. My only wish is that the height was adjustable as well. However, the wide base allows me to place a couple of books underneath, which is barely noticeable. Although I haven't tested it for gaming yet, the 100Hz refresh rate promises smooth and responsive performance. Overall, this monitor has met my expectations for work use, and I highly recommend it for its quality and eye care features.

EU plug socket not stated but works good
It’s a good monitor, it’s just slightly annoying that it doesn’t state it comes with an EU plug, so you will need an adapter for a UK plug or any other country. Other than that, it works great and is really easy to set up and use.

Nice monitor but note that the power lead is 2 pin EU so you'll need an adaptor if in the UK
I purchased the monitor as an display for reference materials for oil painting, so speed of display was not remotely important. I have a 5 year old Asus laptop and it worked perfectly. Now, the display output is HDMI and so., having only USB C ports, I had to purchase an HDMI to C cable; I thought of this in advance and purchased one. What I didn't expect was that the power supply was a eu 2 pin plug...but I'm in the UK and we have 3 pin plugs. I had a piano lamp made in Germany which I purchased some time ago- long story- which had a 2 pin power to 3 adaptor so I recycled it. However, I now have had to buy another 2 pin to 3 pin adaptor- not expensive at all, next day delivery on Amazon, but a minor grumble as this was unexpected.

Very impressive
I'm not much of a gamer but I do like a decent panel to watch films and stuff on. I bought this to replace my MSI 27" which sadly died after less than 3 years, and to be honest the picture on the ASUS is just as good as the MSI. If I have one (very, very minor) complaint it's that the on/off button is around the back on the r/hand side, so if I'm going out for a couple of hours but want to leave the PC running I have to manually fiddle about to reach the button. Since the monitor comes on and goes off automatically with the PC HDMI I only have to find the on/off button a couple of times a week, so it's not really a hassle. Picture quality, colours and brightness are all great straight out of the box, and all for under £95. Absolute bargain!

Perfect for a 2nd monitor
Works great and was a fantastic price for what it is (27 inch 75hz, paid around £60). Obviously the 75hz isn't anything like high refresh rate, but it's still a lot better feeling compared to 60hz. Only has one port (1 HDMI) but you shouldn't really be expecting anything more for the price. Also has speakers, but haven't used.

Buy it
frameless design gives it a clean, modern look, and the 178° viewing angle means the picture still looks solid even when you’re off to the side. It also sits nice and flush to the wall on a VESA mount, which saves a lot of desk space and keeps things looking neat. In day-to-day use, the 100 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms MPRT are very noticeable, making motion look smooth and avoiding tearing, especially with VRR turned on for games or fast video. It definitely feels like a clear upgrade over a standard 60 Hz monitor.

Nice PWM-free monitor
Many monitors utilise PWM for backlight brightness control, and to dim the screen the bright picture is just flickered on and off at an imperceptible speed, which can cause many issues for those with sensitivities. Even many certified "flicker-free" monitors do this, just at speeds above 3000hz. I have confirmed via ASUS and via my own personal testing that this monitor has no flicker at all, and uses DC Dimming to control the backlight, and *not* PWM. Aside from that, generally it's a nice monitor. The pixel density of 1920x1080 on a 27" screen isn't fantastic, but it's good enough as a side monitor where that's not hugely important. The IPS panel is quite nice, and a vast improvement over the TN panel it replaced. The only downside is that the minimum brighness is still a bit higher than I would like it. Controlling brightness to match room conditions is important to prevent eye strain and vision loss, and it would be nice to have been able to make this a bit dimmer when needed. The low-blue light filter is good. I set that quite high, and then use windows colour management to rebalance the white point back to normal, with less blue light to disrupt your circadian rhythm. Overall it's a good monitor, and I recommend it.
