Wonderful! Best cheese ever! Non-vegan friends loved the taste as well. Also it lasts for months (only in theory, in practice you'll eat it way earlier!! :) )

Don't know what you're playing at, but either that cheese is off or you don't have any taste buds or a sense of smell cause cheese shouldn't that disgusting and revolting.

Not as nice as I thought it would be would not buy again.

Good alternative to Italian hard cheese for Vegans. Those used to Dairylea or Mild Cheddar may not like taste or bouquet.

I've been a dairy-free person for decades so I can't comment on the similarity of this to real dairy cheese, but it is certainly my favourite vegan cheese alternative. It has some real savoury tang and unlike many non-dairy cheeses it does not taste too sweet. It has some protein content too, which to my surprise some non dairy cheese alternatives do not. It cuts and grapes well like a hard cheese. It does not melt in quite the same way is dairy cheese but none of the vegan cheeses have fully melted that I have ever tried. At least it doesn't just shrink and curl up like some alternatives, and it goes some way towards melting and bubbling underheat.

Good taste in sandwiches, grates nicely into sauces, and you can freeze them too ,

This product is extremely disappointing ,tasting mainly of coconut oil......cheese it is not

My absolute favourite cheese! I don't know anyone who doesn't like this. I made cauliflower cheese using this for Xmas and no one knew the difference. Grated with onion and vegan Mayo and you have the best cheese and onion sandwhich. It melts into a sauce well, but this is not a cheese for melting on toast or pizza. But it's so good on its own or on crackers and there's plenty of good melty cheeses out there anyway!
