Anymore, LEGO seems to be making a mech out of just about anything and everything. However, with the limited availability of Darth Vader mini figures, this is a fun and inexpensive way to add the Dark Lord of the Sith to one's collection. Indeed, if you're searching Amazon for a singular Darth Vader mini figure (and it isn't lost on me that some of them are different to others), you're likely to find more than a few specimens that are more expensive than this set and don't come with the mech build. My young son was on a recent Star Wars kick and used a Christmas gift card from his aunt to buy both this Vader mech and the similar Imperial Storm Trooper mech. He had a blast building and playing with them, and then ultimately trying to keep them out of reach from his infant baby sister. We have a number of the other LEGO mechs in this $15 price point (Iron Man, Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk, Rocket Raccoon to name a few) and I've always been pleasantly surprised and pleased with the level of structure and detail LEGO builds into these designs, and Lord Vader here is no exception. I particularly liked that the set came with a mini figure sized lightsaber for Vader on his own, and an upgraded, enlarged lightsaber for the mech. Maybe that's to be expected, but I thought it was a nice touch. I heartily recommend this set along with any of the others mentioned above, as I believe they deliver a solid taste of what you get with the more robust (and expensive) $50-$60 builds at a price everyone can feel pretty good about.

The quality of the goods is good, and also the delivery is fast, but there are some things that make me a little disappointed, but it's not a big thing. overall all the buttons on this item work very well, making me feel quite comfortable .. I am quite satisfied with the goods and services provided, and I also highly recommend this good item, no need to worry about expensive prices, because high ones must have good quality goods.

I ordered this Lego Darth Vader Mech & a Lego Stormtrooper Mech for my boyfriend's 51st and teen son's 16th birthdays. They are both huge Star Wars and Lego fans, so it was an ideal gift. It was easy to put together and is fun to play with! I would definitely recommend it to any parent (or girlfriend or child) looking for a gift for their Star Wars obsessed person.

My child loves playing with this Lego and it was easy to put together. It’s like 2 in 1 with the head of Darth Vader being a complete minifig that you can take in or out of the bigger body. It stands up well and we haven’t had any issues with it coming apart during play.

I definitely love the mini figure. It has well detailed printing on it and is a great collectible for me. The mech is well done and is a pretty nice novelty to have and own. For the price or when on sale, it’s a great value.
