Rubbish did not work for me.

Did what it was said to do but causes ache and discomfort taking just before meal and afterwards.

These blue capsules are an ok size and have a plastic like coating, making them tasteless and not too bad to swallow. Though they are best taken with water. I have taken them several times mainly before exercise. I have experimented with taking them at different times before exercise between 30min and 2hours. I find, for me, they do seem to have some positive effect, however, this effect is marginal at best. Everyone is different both by design (DNA) and conditioning. Also, everyone has good days and bad. The ingredients would suggest that I ought to have noticed a significant positive effect, however, I just didn’t. The effect definitely was not negative, it just was not as positive as the description lead me to believe.
