Always used to buy original Heeng from an age old provision store, last august that shop closed. Real Heeng is not found anywhere only heeng mixtures are available at every store big or small. Was searching for true and original Heeng and got this on Amazon. When recieved and used Ah...the true aroma and taste of Heeng. Very pure, original Heeng -very carefully and decently packed.Without any hestitation anyone can buy on a vey reasonable price also. Thanks Zaika.

Zaika Heeng is known for its aroma and authenticity . I have been using it for couple of years. I would rate it as the best thing to transform your traditional cooking. Best part is you just need a little bit of Zaika to spread the aroma and flavour

I do understand Asafoetida is expensive and is imported from Afghanistan, However, I do feel it could be slightly more affordable and could come in a better container so that we don't end up using a lot of it.Also, as the product description says, this is extra strong, so use very little amounts and do not use the same quantity as you did with other "adulterated" hing products you might have used before..

This product is outstanding in its aroma, taste, integrity and the quintessential of itself. It leaves a long-lasting, lingering taste. It is what I expected to buy it for.

I feel like the quality of hing is changed and something is mixed unlike before we could see the grains clearly

Its taste & aroma is just amazing. A must in every household. What's good is that it does not contain Maida (refined Flour) that makes it a healthy delicacy. This Hing adds zing to your food.
