Why on earth are you even looking at reviews? If you are considering buying this at all you know it's fine. This is normal coffee that is good. It's a big package so there's a lot of it, so if that's something you like in your coffee then this will get you there. This isn't for those who notice and care about distinctive flavor profiles and vague essences of orange peel and shoe leather - this does have a nice flavor profile but if you really do care a lot about that you're better off getting smaller packages of several different varieties, you'd really be over-committing to a single flavor with this one. This is coffee that tastes and smells like coffee. If you put cream in it it will taste like coffee and cream. Add sugar and it'll be a bit sweeter. The actual chemistry behind why it smells exactly how it does is pretty complicated, but you do not have to drink it in a complicated way to enjoy it.

I love buying through Amazon Prime Pantry! I know it sounds crazy, but I buy these six at a time. Yes, we drink a great deal of coffee in our home! lol The size of the Folgers is much larger than the little one you get at your local grocery store for the similar price. That right there is why I buy it in bulk. Thanks to the fantastic vacuum seal, it's always fresh. A great buy!

Disclaimer: Coffee is like underwear...one size does not fit all and YMMV.Folgers has been around FOREVER and was my grandparents fave--or was that Chock Full O' Nuts? Well, it was definitely one of my grandparents fave and my introduction to coffee. While I don't remember how it tasted back in the 1960s it is certainly good now! While not a "snob" I do appreciate the quality that typically comes with premium brands, and I suppose that saying Folgers Classic Roast is "surprisingly good" does indicate a certain amount of bias or discrimination--but it's true! In full disclosure, we are not fans of the strong dark roasted coffees and prefer mild to medium, and Folgers Classic Roast hits the "medium" bullseye. It has light acidity and full flavor (without an overcooked "sat on the burner too long" taste) making it refreshing hot beverage for any time of day.

We are coffee drinkers at this house, we go through a lot of coffee. My brother gets this for us on a subscribe and save subscription and it's set up for auto deliveries, I don't know what the frequency is, but we'll never run out of coffee 😁
