This swimsuit was a great choice for my 9-year-old. It fits true to size, offers excellent coverage and support, and still looks really cute. The quality is impressive—holding up well with no fading or stretching after several uses. I highly recommend it for active kids who want something stylish yet modest.

Very thick, quality material with padded bra inserts, which is important at this age. I bought it for my 15 year old, which I should have known better, since she has a very long torso. It didn't fit her, but it fit my 14 year old niece, so it was a win! The fit is nice, very full coverage in the areas that matter to you when you are the parent of a young girl these days. The color is a lovely navy with a subtle pattern. My niece claims it is extremely comfortable and stays in place during swimming and other water play activities. We have washed it several times, and it looks just like new! I would recommend. My niece is 5' and 90-95 lbs. Only thing that would make this suit better is adjustable shoulder straps.

This swimsuit has gone across the region and got my little fishie through her first real competition! The quality is great, especially for the price. I liked that she was able to pick the pattern she liked best - Rainbow Mermaid! This suit is still as vibrant as the day we ordered it - and it has seen more than it's share of chlorine and salt water! It's easey to put on - I didn't find that I needed to assist. The fit is true to size - especially for those of use accustomed to regular sizes (and not the numbers used in competitive swimwear) - and holds in place perfectly, even after a year of training.

We needed an appropriate suit for our 9-year old to wear for swim team. Most suits for young girls are too thin for frequent and prolonged use and too skimpy for swim team. This swimsuit is of durable material and has an extra lining in the entire front side of the suit, adding another layer of modesty to the already modestly-designed suit. We bought red and it has proven colorfast in the chlorinated pools at the Y. She is 54” tall and 65 lbs, the size 8 fits her perfectly, she loves the material and the comfort.

We have bought this in 4 different colors. My daughter is 50 inches and 55 lbs. she should be in a size 8. However they seem to run big. It’s very loose on her. A size 6 is too tight. Suit is made well. One suit lasted two years of swim meets only. While the the other 3 have lasted the past year and a half for practices only (3-4 days per week). Just wish their size guide and suits give were true to size.
