10 Pcs Straight Brass Brake Line Compression Fitting Unions for OD Tubing 3/16

Had a brake pipe explode on motorway at 70 mph whilst braking so decided to repair the pipe as it was not corroded all the way along so i cut the pipe found these on amazon when they arrived i looked and thought they would not fit over 3/16th pipe but they actually do and were so easy to fit i reformed the flexi pipe end of the copper pipe and refit the brake pipe then bled the brakes and all works perfectly i thought as you use this type of fitting on central heating pipes at home they are brass so will probably outlast the car brilliant idea i used to be a mechanic so if your not competent at bleeding brakes leave it to a professional

Worked perfectly on making a straight joint on my brakeing system good solid connection much easier than buying a flailing tool Very happy. Tighten nuts adequately to compress the olive to make a slight indentation on the brake pipe to form a solid leak free joint.

Easy to install , good for now and I hope they remain so . I will follow up with another review later.
