Great but
The product itself is amazing. Gave me a very close finish to razors. It is lighy and very ergonomic and easy to use and clean. There are some problems. One, the battery doesn't last long, it is a bit noisy, but for me the major drawback is the price. It is very pricy and at the same time, they sent it with a USA charger (120V) so it needs a power adapter too!!! Add more to the price! Also in the description it says it will come with a travel pouch but it was not in the box

Dangerous - Doesn’t even have a UK Plug connection
It arrived in perfect condition, tested and it worked fine. Placed it on charge and after 10mins an electrical burning smell came from the charging block. Took it immediately off charge and contacted Amazon who correctly issued a refund. Item no in the electrical waste. Also item doesn’t come with a UK plug connection.

Do not buy!
Charger is for american type electricity. In a UK plug it overheats and smells. Dangerous!!

USA voltage charger!
This is supplied with an American plug and 120 v charger and is clearly for the USA market. It si difficult to charge on a UK system

Wrong plug won't work in the UK
Do not buy in the UK as the plug is not for uk sockets. Essentially it's useless in the UK.No mention in the advert for this.
