Size down!
I love this waist trainer. It took me a little to figure out the sizing. Don’t order your regular size, I recommend going down a size. The whole point is for the trainer to be tight. I first got XL which was too big then returned for a L. Wore that for a little by starting on the 3rd hook. Once I could get to the 1st hook comfortably, I ordered a medium. So yes it does work and highly recommend :)I will say sometimes the bones hurt but I’m not sure if that’s just me. That’s why I gave it a 4

most comfy trainer i’ve ever worn!!! NEW UPDATE!
so instead of getting a large i got a medium to be snatched. yes i got it in easily. first hook always the hardest but after that it’s easy but at the same time i have years of experience with waist trainers. my measurements are 36 33 44. definitely back to my beautiful figure. trying to get rid of this belly fat and muffin top. you must do right while wearing this waist trainer. please drink A LOT of water. me personally i take acv pills because drinking it can damage your teeth unless you drink it with a straw (metal straws please save the earth) acv helps for many different reasons look it up watch dr oz explain it on youtube and i also drink green tea because it helps with the detox process and also helps to boost your metabolism. i eat once a day on work days sadly but on my off days i eat two times a day. im gonna try to workout more but most importantly be consistent with it. i workout with a sweat belt not with this waist trainer. i work part time short shifts so this is fine for me to wear during work as i stand up the whole day. i have a short torso so the short torso one fits perfectly for me. first i thought it was too short but nope. it’s perfect. it’s not digging underneath my breasts no nothing. i’m 5’5 for those who wondering i’ll insert pictures and update you guys. waist trainers tend to leave marks on the body yes i know but we’ll see. this is the most comfiest one i have. and it’s breathable so my body won’t feel so stuffy. due to it being breathable for the short torsos this is also great because it is very thin thinner than the usual waist trainers which i like. this is giving me back support my posture is great everything is great. i don’t get a lot of back buldging because when you wear waist trainers you’re bound to have some back fat sticking out on the top of the waist trainer where your bra strap is. so far the waist trainer is not scrunching up like the other ones so A+ for me. this has four rows instead of three. each row like an inch apart so that’s great the more use i can get out of this. underneath clothes it is a little detectable especially if you’re wearing something thin and also detectable if you’re wearing light colors unlike dark colors where you can’t really see the demarcations but you’re probably not since it’s fall/winter season. i’ll keep you guys updated thanks. also if you do feel like it’s uncomfy on your skin or it’s digging into your skin here’s a tip wear a tank top underneath it!!!Update: December 1stUploaded a new picture! I’m now buying an extra small! My waist is super snatched!!! And I feel fine! I don’t eat as much and my stomach fat is going away

LOVE THIS ONE!
I’ve been looking for a waist trainer for 3 years since I had my daughter & son. Definitely recommend this waist trainer ita long enough for the rolls on the top to the hips, tight enough to start helping you squeeze all that fat.. very fast results!!

It’s good
I love the space trainer. The only thing I don’t like is it rolls up in the back. I don’t like how the interior is cotton But besides that it gets he snatched

Works great. Would buy again

Perfect for long torsos
I love the support it gives me. Helped my low back pain and I really liked that it was long enough for my long torso. I started using 4 months postpartum wished I had found it before.

Would buy again
Is great but when you wear it a lot the ends stab you and it hurts

Too big for my waist
The size guide is incorrect. If I went by that from the get go I would've been in an XL. But I decided to size down per the comments and it's still too big on my upper body. The bottom part is fine-ish but i immediately was on the 3rd latch.I got a large but honestly a small may fit me good by the waist on the first buckle, not the 3rd.But it is very comfortable and something I can wear all day with no issues. The sizing is just off.

I love it but so many hooks, it is annoying....
It is lovely and really tucks you the all length of your abdomen. I do not wear it tight, just enough to keep me relatively flat. I can eat, run, exercise and I wear it all day long.Depending on your shape, I would say go one size higher than you would normally do but you have 3 sets of hooks that let you choose if you want it tighter or comfortable. Actually, it is quite good if you are on a weight management program or if you fluctuate with your shape because of water retention.Aha, my only complaint: it takes ages to do up. Believe me, add at least 15 minutes to your daily routine. I usually start by the bottom, I have found it easier , but whichever way you start doing it up , make sure you lie flat, otherwise (if you have a bulging tum like me) as soon as you do a few hooks, they undo themselves. It is actually maddening and lying flat is the only way (at least for me) you can do them up quickly.I took a star off because of it.I have bought two others in different patterns and sizes (one black and one animal print) to give as presents. I love the flower pattern on my belt. Camellia made was recommended to me by a friend who uses their corsets and she said there are some cheaper look alike but they are not as long and wide. I am glad I followed her advice, as the belt really does not ride up.Many people have commented on how well I have done with my exercise program as they can see my smaller waist (I just smile and say Thank you... no way I will own up to cheating..)

Wrong size and finish- but good quality for the low cost.
I had to return this item as it was the wrong size, I was sent a size larger than I ordered. Also, the fabric finish was not brocade, but plain satin which was bright white and not what I was after. The corset itself was fairly well made for the money but quite long line and may not be suitable for people with a short torso. The cord was quite stretchy which would make tight lacing difficult but could be easily changed. Corset arrived promptly.

Pushes the back fat up and creates a big roll on top of the corset.
I chose to size up based on the reviews. Definitely could have gone at least one size down. I tried all 4 rows and got the same result: a big, ugly roll of back fat. Which is one of the main reasons for buying a corset, hiding it, not enhancing it. The 25 bones did a magnificent job of giving me my waist back and providing strong support though, so that was nice. But the back fat destroyed all hopes of being able to wear this at my best friend’s wedding, in a few days. Returned to sender.

Very Happy
I purchased this corset (let's just call it what it is) as a replacement for my older, much more expensive one that no longer fit. I would have bought that brand again, but the change in exchange rate made it a ridiculous price. At this price point, I didn't really expect the quality to be as good as it is, but I have been very happy with it. I am already down to the smallest loops, although that does feel like my organs are being crushed after about 4 hours, but my waist looks amazing! I will be ordering another in a size down soon.
