This is the best peanut butter I’ve had so far. It helps me with my performance at the gym and with the weightlifting as well. I mix this with banana, milk, almonds and some flax seeds to make a smoothie as a preworkout meal. The protein content in this peanut butter is also more compared to other brands. Recommended to all gym freaks out there!
