I bought a basic office chair from Amazon 2 years ago. The one for $60. I broke the arm rest from leaning back in the chair too much. Bought these and repaired my chair in 20 minutes. My chair feels like new again. You will need to use the screws from your old chair, because these don't come with screws. If you don't have them, then you can most likely buy new ones from a hardware store or even here on Amazon.

Works great as a replacement arm for the amazon basics office chair, its actually more comfortable now. But it doesn't look like the picture, the arm pads it comes with don't quite fit it, and it does not come with any screws to attach either the arms to the chair, or the pads to the arms. So if you're buying it as a replacement, hold on to the screws.
