Just stopped working
It worked fine for a while and all of a sudden the buttons just stopped working. Batteries were changed but it is locked and I am not sure how I can open it now. I can’t seem to find any contact details for the seller to get support on how to open the safe and get the items out.

Good but issues
Item is good does the job but can't turn sound off at all and quite loud, recently starts beeping randomly at night until a button is pressed so unable to store in kids room anymore due to it waking them up and no way to fix this issue.

Didn't work
Didn't work every time we put the batteries in the alarm constantly went off we put the pin in and still wouldn't stop I asked for a replacement I was told to send the faulty one back I only had a few days but I was on holiday so couldn't send back in time so stuck with a faulty safe as they won't let me send it back because I'm past the return date
