Works great
I’ve been using for about a month and have noticed an improvement with my overall mood and not nearly as many hot flashes. It’s pretty thick but it spreads well. Love the lavender scent too.

This really works! No more painkillers!I love this Tummy Butter. It has truly helped me with my cramps and bloating. I've started using it a few days ago and I really felt the difference with my last period. I used to take painkillers for the cramps and other pills for bloating - now I will only use Tummy Butter. Plus I love the smell and the soothing effect when I apply it to my tummy.

too expensive
I'm not sure if this works to prevent hot flashes because I can't afford to put large quantities of it on my belly and inner thighs like it instructs you to do cuz it's such a small container. however, I will say when I get a hot flash I take a little bit of it and I rub it into my inner wrist and it pretty much immediately shuts it down. So that's pretty amazing. I would keep a jar of it around just for that. However this jar went quickly.
