First back unit received did not turn on after multiple attempts to charge. 2nd unit works perfectly.Excellent customer service response time and quality of response from the local distributor 360Athletics concerning the first DOA unit !!Very effective wide area vibration from the 4 pods. Not super strong, but strong enough. Remember it’s a vibrator not a kneader like the ones with the balls.Gets pretty warm... as warm or maybe even a touch warmer then my corded heating pad when set on highest setting.The best part, it’s Wireless! Being able to stretch your back at the same time with the heat and vibration makes it more effective than just resting against a seated pad. Tip: works better the tighter you strap it. Recommended. Worth the trouble to get a working unit.

Der Gürtel ist super, hilft bei Rückenbeschwerden, mit Wärme und Massage. Insgesamt sehr angenehm zu tragen, das Bedienelement ist recht groß, was ein unauffälliges Tragen im Alltag nicht ermöglicht.

Broke after a few months. Barely used it.

Wir sind leider sehr unzufrieden damit. Heizung ist nicht abschaltbar. Einschalten und einstellen ist nur vor Spiegel möglich. Einstellen ist erst dann möglich, wenn diese Gerät schon eingeschaltet ist. Für diese hoche Kaufpreis haben wir etwas besseres erwartet. Wir haben Rücksendung beantragt, aber bis jetzt haben wir kein Antwort bekommen.

Great concept but very POORLY manufactured...after owning this product for two days it started to break apart on me. Hoping to hear something positive about return policy
