I wear x-large gloves and these fit nicely.I use gloves when I exercise with resistance bands or weights for that matter and these do the job well.I want to focus on executing the exercise and not on discomfort on my hands from the bands.

My hands get a bit irritated and rubbed sore when using flat-style resistance bands. These gloves are full-fingered and made from a thin material and a SMALL amount of extra padding/firmness where the pressure from the bands is greatest, namely from the inside of the index finger down and around the inside of the thumb and on the outside of the hand up along the pinky. I think there could be much more padding in the index/thumb area without sacrificing the flexibility of the gloves. I've done two workouts recently where I compared these gloves to a pair of rubber padded gloves I use for gardening and found both seem to provide the same amount of protection from rubbing and irritation. The Undersun gloves do breathe more easily, however and do allow me to use my phone/table without taking the gloves off. I normally wear medium sized gloves and find these fit snuggly and are not bulky. A nice plastic ziplock-style pouch is included to store the gloves. I think extra padding would help justify the price of these gloves.

Bought for my husband! He really likes them. Very comfortable when working out.

Like many folks, when I started using the flat resistance bands, I was wearing my old fingerless gym gloves. They were not ideal since the bands chafe on the sides of the open fingers. These full-finger gloves reduce that issue a lot, but padding could be substantially enhanced w/o compromising the gloves.

Would highly recommend these glove. They are perfect for resistance band workouts. They have padding in the exact places where resistance bands do the most damage. Will definitely purchase these again "if" they ever wear out.

Many better options available for half the price.

The only down is the black dye comes off a little bit on the orange bands, hence the 4/5 stars.Definitely improved my grip of the bands so I can take my wrists out of the equation for leveraging the resistance properly.
