Brilliant bathroom handle! I bought this for a second time now, after having used the first device for a few months in my shower. It gives me the safety I need. Very sturdy. Easy to install (without the need of drilling holes into the tiles), the sucking mechanism really works and the green markers give visible reassurance that the suction is on (although it is advisable to always check by giving the handle a pull before using it). So far it hasn't come off .... I bought the second handle for my guest bathroom shower.

So far this grab rail is proving to be very good. I followed the instructions and the tiles over my bath/shower are very smooth so the rail was easy to install. It's been on the wall for 5 days and although I have only used it to steady myself whilst showering, it feels firm and no sign of it loosening. The instructions state clearly that it is not meant to take full body weight which is fine for my purpose. I wouldn't expect a suction type grab bar to do so anyway.I am very happy with it at the moment.

The colour indicators give one a false sense of security because the colour changes from 'red' to 'green' after the levers have been flipped; the pads don't have to be stuck to anything for that to happen!During the first few weeks, I found that one of the suction pads was becoming disengaged from the wall yet the indicator was still 'green', and that happened about once a week.After a month I noticed the angle of the grab rail had slipped and was at a different angle to that fitted. One of the suction pads had failed completely, and this was the first time that I noticed a 'red' indicator. Bizarrely, depending on the angle of observance, it appears 'red' from one side and 'green' from another!Although the faulty pad can easily be refitted to the wall, it will only stay stuck for a very short time so the indicator is on 'red' most of the time, but sometimes on 'green' too when not stuck.It is a pity because the product shows a lot of promise: the suction power is generally very strong when it's working (one pad is still working well after 6 weeks) and the grabrail is comfortable to the touch.It should be noted that the grab rail delivered by the seller was branded "Newthinking" on the rail and it came in a "Newthinking" box; there was no mention anywhere of the "Ainoking" brand advertised.

It's quite strong once it is fitted, but it takes quite a bit of strength to put the locks down. It is a bit chunkier looking than the photo, although it isn't bad to look at once in place.

Bought this one to replace one that had cracked, this one had far better and stronger adhesion.
