Yes, the whole skin improves a lot after consistent use

What should the water ratio be?

I just add water slowly until the powder dissolves, stirring and adding more until it looks like brownie batter consistency. You don't want smooth pudding consistency or else I find it's too runny and will drip. A little less than 1:1 ratio I believe, but I never measure.
