The gap between the handles might be too large for below average height and arm span as it's right on the edge of being able to comfortably lift for me but it is well made and the only issues I've had so far are of my own making. You'll need your own clamps/cuffs for it

So initially when the little box arrived my first thought was “ this is going to be junk and I’ve been done”. But after 10 minutes putting it together I thought this looks and feels ok. So I stuck a couple of 50kg plates either side and did a couple of sets. Well I can confirm that the only creaking and moaning was coming from the mid fifties man lifting it. So I would recommend this as it’s solid and worth the money

Even though it only weighs 10kg, it feels solid and sturdy, for the price you can’t get better.

Nice entry level hex bar for light lifting, well balanced bolts together in minutes and if you’re low on space at home (& not heavy lifting) this bars ideal. Smaller and lighter than commercial use and not as robust. Use for controlled lifts only and not for dropping as this will buckle where the bar joins at the bolts and most likely damage the welding on the weight arms.
