I purchased this 5 piece outdoor Patio Set (Bar Height) in Gray color after doing some research for outdoor furniture. I live in a 'marine' enviroment and durability is important since the salty, wet conditions are so prevalent. After many reviews, I settled on this piece because number one it is made of HDPE resin that will definitely hold up to the elements. Not only is this set attractive, I know it will last for a long time due to its durable construction. Assembly was straightforward and came together without issue. The included tools were helpful, but I found that my personal power tools made the job much easier. These pieces are not foldable, and they are thick and heavy, lending themselves to last a long time. They are very functional in that the chairs and table height are perfect for viewing over our deck railing and can see without obstruction. They are sturdy, yet comfortable, but I advise adding some seat cushions (not included), for extra comfort. Would definitely recommend this product since it is such a great table set at the best price I've researched. You won't be disappointed in this purchase.

UPDATE: Just a quick update to my original review. I did want to add that within the first week of setting this set up on my back patio, the table did warp slightly, so now water pools up in the middle of the table now. Over the last 3 months, the set has held up perfectly otherwise. No hardware rust (and we have had a lot of rain), no further warping of any pieces. I still maintain my 5 star rating, as the price was good, and customer service when purchasing was great. ______________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got this set a couple days ago and set it up on my back patio. For reference, my back patio is uncovered, and most of the furniture I have had out there in the last 4 years has weathered so much I had to get rid of it. I found this Serwall set, and was very happy at the material heft and supposed durability when I unpacked it. It seems like it will last a long time. I am in South Florida, so we will see how it holds up in the summer. My patio is on the east side of my house, so I will only get the morning sun (until around 12-1pm most days). I do feel the chair slats flex a little bit when I sit in them as others have stated, but I don't mind, and I don't think they will ever break. Also the only thing I am slightly worried about is the warping of the table over time in the sun as another reviewer had mentioned and posted pictures showing the warping. I will update my review after a few months of use. As I understand this material HDPE should be one of the most weather resistant materials. Also, shoutout to customer service for being prompt with responses to my inquiries and just being kind and helping me out. That goes a long way with customers. Bottom line, this set was a great deal for the money, and seems to be of great quality and durable material, great colors, and straight forward installation. (Need to use a drill with hex bit, as there is zero chance you build this in one day with the provided tools as others have stated.) Took me 1.5 hours for unboxing/building everything.

Ok, first, these chairs and table set are awesome! They were very easy to put together and took about 2.5 hours with an electric screwdriver, which I suggest you use. The hex wrench they give you will wear out your hands in about 15 minutes. The wood-like plastic is heavy and solid. You might need an extra set of hands to help balance the build. I didn’t have anyone to help so I used other things to help provide balance. Anyway, I’d recommend these to anyone with a spacious balcony, or outdoor area. My wife and I love these and know they will last a long time compared to the metal ones we had which rusted in to dust after about 5 years. We live on the beach so the sea air eats everything. These are well made and all the parts (Bolts, washers and screws) were there, no problems, or issues to report. Everything fit together perfectly. Which made building them a pleasure instead of a daunting task. Definitely get an electric screwdriver, or drill to put them together, you’ll thank me.

I purchased the high-top table and 4 chairs. The boxes arrived on two consecutive days. Assembly was not too difficult. Instructions are clear, and necessary basic tools are included. If you have a drill or power screwdriver with a hex bit you will finish assembly much faster. The assembled product looks nice enough and is surprisingly comfortable. It feels sturdy, but I'm not sure how durable it will be over time. I sat in one of the chairs for a few hours, and after the seat slats were slightly but noticeably bent. I weigh about 185, pretty average by American standards. At least it's all recyclable if it falls apart after a year. If it holds up long term, it will be a nice product.

Nice set. Sturdy, not hard to assemble at all. Stoudt enough to keep from blowing to the next county in Colorado winds but not so heavy that is not fairly easily moved. Good value for the price. If price conscious and not brand conscious, I would recommend.

Nice, solid furniture, easy to assemble, but I ordered coffee/brown and they sent gray. I HATE GRAY!! And of course we don't have any other gray items, because I HATE GRAY, therefore it doesn't match anything else that we own! But of course it's a giant hassle to try to return something that weighs 110 lbs. That's why three stars.

Have been using this set for a few months now and I can definitely say it is weather resistant and durable. It was easy to setup and all of the tools were included. It is great for an apartment balcony/ patio. There are a lot of steps to set it up but if you follow the directions it’s simple. It also has a nice vibrant color even after being in the sun for months. It is comfortable to eat or sit at for a little while but probably not for hours.
