Rides so much better than I expected
The bike came early, and It came close enough to put together, that even I could figure it out. It took a bit to hunt down an alien key and a box wrench to get this up and moving. The gears are smooth and shift without effort. The rear deflector died on day one and while a MINOR inconvenience, so not an issue.I chose the bike at the price point. I expected issues. There are none. In simple terms, it moves well. By definition, this type of bike is not nearly as fast as most people think. But it is stable and handles inclines and is wildly consistent. It is lightweight, and I carry it up the flights of stairs after a ride easily. The images on Amazon of the bike don't do it justice. My one concern is that the brakes seem... light. I will have a shop adjust them and then continue to ride.

For the price...
I wasn't certain what to expect with this unknown brand of bike. I had given my Grandson the choice of several mountain bikes, and he chose this bike in the white with red stripe finish. Fairly easy to assemble, though the handle bar and cables were a little confusing to get oriented correctly. It arrived without box damage, though I was a little disappointed that the front wheel had a rubbed/scratched spot on it. I did have to true that wheel and readjust the rear caliper centering, as well as the front. My Grandson loves the bike. It shifts well and stops good. His only complaint is that the front forks are a little on the stiff side. Hopefully, that will loosen up with age, or maybe a better fork is in it's future. All in all it is a good basic mountain bike with disk brakes front and rear, and for the price, it is a good value.

Eh
The bike itself is pretty cool however the back wheel won't hold air. Have messaged the company and waiting the for the response.*Edit* So since I wrote this review the company has communicated with me and has helped rectify the issue. They responded the same day I wrote this review originally. We chatted back and forth and was able to get the issue fixed. They have great customer service and very much want to stand by their products.I have added a star to my review.

bike that surprised me!
The media could not be loaded. When I got it, I was amazed how well it looked and made. I recommend that once it's assembled and you know how to put it together, take it to a bike shop to have it adjusted and checked for loose nuts and bolts, then you're ready to go. I ride 20-30 miles a day in Quincy and get a lot of compliments. It is easy to ride the bike, the braking system is good, it is a handbrake, the tires are thick and thick, the surface is rough, and the shock absorption is good. Because of the thick tires and strong power system, it can be very labor-saving when climbing, reducing the burden on the rider, It also has 7 speeds, you will always find one that suits you!

Surprisingly, it’s a really nice bike.
I mean, is it a top of the line bike you’d take off road and onto rough trails? No. But is it an excellent bike for my 12 year old? Absolutely. And that price is unbelievable. Plus, it looks surprisingly good!

Defective product
The front brake mount is misaligned with the wheel. It's literally impossible to ride unless you remove the gear for the front brake.
