I've been using a brand I purchase from Costco for years. I make many, many things on baking sheets, and the natural oils and fats from these foods do not leak through the Katbite brand. VERY happy with the produce. I make my own flaxseed crackers and now only need to use one sheet of paper whereas with the other, two sheets. A bit of savings there. I've already purchased a replacement before this one runs out ... and it hasn't yet, and I use this daily. Healthier than regular parchment paper, also.!!

This parchment paper is really great (15" by 242ft)! I love that it's just the width of my baking pans! It worked very well for cooking biscuits instead of just putting them on the plain pan. I will be using the paper for cooking, flash freezing, baking breads, cookies....etc. I also use this to place in between my acrylic canvas artwork pieces to keep them from sticking to each other. Could be great to use as a play base when the kids are playing with play dough. It would be cool if it had a strip cutter on it, but it tears off pretty easily, so thank goodness I haven't really had a problem with that.

I love this product. I will continue to buy this whenever we run out in our households. I do a lot of baking, make steam pouches for fish or other delicate meets/vegetables. It's a great product that I would recommend this to anybody.

This stuff is amazing — thick, non-stick, and fits my pans perfectly. I use it for everything from cookies to roasted veggies. Love that it’s unbleached and comes in a huge roll with a cutter that actually works. Great quality and lasts forever. Total kitchen staple!

Unbleached parchment paper excellent product

Nice big roll. Eat cutting bar I’ve seen in ages. Changed over to the roll from 12” square sheets we used for snacks & general use. Works great in toaster oven on air fry or bake. Good heavy duty paper. Box is sturdy as well. Much easier to store

If you cook or bake even semi-regularly, just get this. The paper itself is super sturdy and never tears or curls up on the pan like cheaper stuff. But the real star? The built-in cutter. Absolute game changer. No more fighting with jagged edges or digging out scissors mid-recipe. The box is a little wonky, but who cares—it works. I use this for everything from roasting veggies to lining cake pans, and it holds up beautifully. Total staple in my kitchen now.

Brand was recommended to me. Good product. Value good and you can tear off whichever size you need for your pants.
