I recently started using a jaw exerciser, and while I can't say I've seen a noticeable difference just yet, I want to share my experience.**Pros**:1. **Easy to Use**: Using the jaw exerciser is straightforward. It's a simple device that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.2. **Comfortable**: It's relatively comfortable to wear, and I haven't experienced any discomfort or pain while using it.3. **Durable Build**: The build quality appears to be good, and it seems like it will last for a while with proper care.**Cons**:1. **No Immediate Change**: Despite regular use, I haven't recognized a significant difference in the appearance of my jawline or facial muscles. It's essential to remember that results can take time.2. **Patience Required**: Achieving changes in the jawline or facial muscles can be a gradual process, and it's possible that I simply haven't used the device long enough to see noticeable results.3. **Individual Variation**: It's important to note that individual results may vary. What works for one person may not work the same way for another, depending on factors like genetics and consistency in use.In summary, while I haven't yet seen the results I was hoping for with the jaw exerciser, I'm willing to continue using it and remain patient. Really gives your jaws a good strong workout. I see my jawline and profile improving with 2x a day use. Highly recommend it.

Be careful in using this item or don’t use it at all. Please consult with your dentist. I noticed in the few times that I used this the side of my jaw and neck hurt meaning they became a little swollen and I started getting headaches. If your like me your got this because your likely trying to have a more defined jaw face whatever but this does NOT fix the issue in fact it will create an issue in the long term. That being said, I have an overbite which why the reason my jaw is less defined. So if you have an overbite or underbite I suggest you see a dentist as that will likely help with defining your jaw. Don’t buy this! Save your self the money and medical bills in the longer term from this stupid thing. Throwing this away,

Comfortable to use, I don't know yet if it is really effective but it came with very useful instructions.

I tried a few times to make this work for me, but I just found it so uncomfortable. It was too big for my mouth, and made my feel like I was constantly gagging instead of doing any actual strengthening. I really wanted it to work for me, but maybe it would have been better if I could have ordered a small or x-small instead of this being a one size fits all item. On the other hand, I did like the case it came in -- makes it easier to keep it clean. I also appreciated that there wasn't a noticeable odor to the material when I opened it -- so many items made up of similar material need to be aired out before using, and I liked that that wasn't the case here.
