Super tasty
I buy from Real Food Source and saw their Peeled Tiger Nuts. These are really tasty, a bit like sweet coconut, and have lots of roughage which has to be a good thing. Great to snack on in the evening in front of the TV.

Interesting alternative
Interesting alternative to nuts. I have an allergy to most raw nuts (cooking helps) so these make for a nice snack alternative, similar to an almond, but grassy and softer. A nice wee snack item. Still to try cooking with them.Please add the QR to the recipie ebook on the bag.
