I purchased this for travel. It holds all sizes of brushes. The case is easy to wash out. There is a plastic brush holder inside that holds the brushes when out of the pouch. It doesn't really hold thicker brushes in the plastic holder but holds thinner ones.

Like the silicone. Washes easily. Great for travel.
