Convenient and effective
Iron Labs Nutrition Lion's Mane Gummies have been a unique addition to my supplement routine. As someone who values cognitive function and mental clarity, these gummies have been quite interesting. Each 1000mg gummy offers a substantial dose of Lion's Mane mushroom, which is known for its brain health benefits. The mixed berry flavour is a pleasant surprise, making daily consumption enjoyable. They are coated in sugar, which some might find a bit too sweet, but it complements the berry flavour well. The convenience of these gummies is a significant advantage. They're much easier to take compared to capsules or powders, especially for those who have difficulty swallowing pills. The packaging is also quite appealing, with a clear effort put into its design. In terms of effectiveness, while it's hard to quantify the exact impact on cognitive function, there's a subtle but noticeable improvement in alertness and focus since I started taking them. The vegan-friendly aspect is another plus, aligning well with dietary preferences. However, they may not be the most cost-effective option for long-term use.Overall, these Lion's Mane gummies are a delightful and convenient way to supplement for enhanced mental clarity and focus.

Horrible taste
Can't tell if they have made a difference or not. Not a great taste can actually taste a mushroom taste over the yak taste of what is meant to be berry.

Best Lion's Mane supplement i've tried so far.
After looking into some research on the potential health benefits of supplementing with lions mane i thought i'd give it a try.Being in gummy form i found these gummies from Iron Labs were so much easier for me to take compared to another lions mane supplement i recently tried & really struggled with as they were large capsules. From a taste point of view i actually enjoyed taking these gummies.I thought the mixed berry flavour tasted really nice however they are coated in quite a lot of sugar so i did find them a little bit on the sweet side for me, but still a really enjoyable gummy supplement.I've been taking these for the whole month now & would diffidently say that throughout the month i've felt a lot more alert & focused plus my general overall mood had improved too. However its hard to say for certain how much of it is due just to the lions mane or if other factors have helped as well?Overall though i really enjoyed taking these & was always looking forward to them every morning. You get 60 gummies in the tub so should last 30days if taking 2 per day which works out to 2000mg of lions mane per serving. The gummies are also Vegan too which is always a bonus.Lions mane is something i want to continue supplementing with so i'd definitely look into getting these again in the future.

Amazes me every time I take this supp
Each time I’ve taken a good lions mane supplement my mind is somewhat noticeably sharper. As we get older recalling names and details, locations and dates etc becomes let’s say foggy… well it does for me. I am always able to recall numbers rather than names for some reason and I struggle more to remember names when under pressure to. I am not lying when I say I can notice a large obvious improvement when it comes to recalling names when I’ve been taking this supplement much to the amusement of my work colleagues who know when I’m taking this supplement. Silly but true and I am convinced there is something here that works for certain triggers in the brain. These in particular are the nicest form I’ve taken I’ve had drops which taste foul but work well, capsules which are better to take and these which are sweets… brain food. Yes please. You must try if you have a brain fog moment when it comes to recall.

Mixed berry gummies
A plastic bottle of gummies. Sweets that are meant to be both good for you and nice to eat with it.The bottle is plastic. The lid comes off and goes on again easily. There's a foil cover below it which has to be torn away to get to the gummies. There are sixty. You should have no more than two a day. These ones are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. But not for children or pregnant ladies. These are mixed berry flavour. Mushroom extract. And do have sugar. The bottle is surprisingly bigger than most gummie bottle. Although the gummies are not so larger than others. Ever so slightly larger. Possibly. But no more. They are mixed berry flavour. They do taste like berries. I think the sugar goes well with that. They do chew very easily and go down fast.I liked these. The taste is pleasurable. And I did feel a bit more zip in me after eating. Not cheap, but if you're into such things then I think these will more than suffice.

Very tasty, great if you don’t like capsules
Lions Mane is a great supplement to take if you want to stay mentally focused, very good for the mind and brain. If you have problems swallowing capsules/tablets and don’t want the inconvenience of mixing powders into drinks then these are what your looking for.Chew one very tasty fruit flavoured gummy and you’re done, 1000mg of lions mane extract per gummy. There’s 60 gummies in the container so either 1 or 2 months supply depending on your preferred dosage.Pretty good value for 60 gummies. These are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The packaging is nice, you can tell thought has been put into the design and labelling. This of course has no bearing on the products effectiveness but it’s nice to see they believe in their product enough to go to the effort of designing an attractive label.

Taste nice. Expensive for 1 month's supply.
60 gummies which are a bit like very soft fruit pastels. Lovely flavour, but then they are mostly sugar, so that's understandable.I've used Lions Mane before and it's been moderately beneficial. It is a lot cheaper in capsule form, and seeing as you have to take 2 sugary gummies per day this is not as cost-effective, and I don't think they work as well either.
