I was doubting to buy it, but now I got it I'm pretty satisfied. Very powerful tool.Update May 2025: Again very satisfied, I have realized that it's the tool that I use the most and really love how fast is to work with it now. Also, I contacted Customer Support via email and they respond in less than 10 min, then after 2 more emails, they completly satisfied my expectations. It's the second KIMO tool I have, the first was a wireless impact wrench, again very good tool. I strongly recommend to anyone to buy from KIMO.

At first, I was a bit skeptical because it's a brand I wasn't familiar with, but it works very well and I like that it came with two batteries and a charger. It has enough power to do what you need to do. In my opinion, it's a good piece of equipment for the price, so I recommend it.

Just got this today. Installed the battery and the ratchet immediately started to whine, followed by a loud pop and a ton of smoke pouring out from the sides. Must be defective, so I’m returning the product and waiting for a replacement. Hopefully the new unit works as expected. I will update this review once I test the replacement unit.

product gets the job done. have had for over a year and use it pretty regularly for maintenance on personal vehicle. it is a bulky product so its not ideal for every situation but it does make life easier majority of the time. battery life seems to be long but it is wprth noting i am not using on a daily bases so i am not the best judge for that. intended purpose and value id say its worth it for any diy project you may have or next maintenance item on your list to complete.

Bought for my son to use to work on his car. This is a great tool and gets the job done.

An amazing tool.

this thing works great if you don’t want to use a normal ratchet, took off my side steps on my truck with this and worked on other things , plenty of torque

i have had this tool since August i tried it out on some smaller projects which took about an half hour never used it again until the seventeen of December installed 2 bolts and on the third it died install a new battery and nothing i would definitely think twice before purchasing this one. Well after receiving a new battery and charger this tool still did not work so with nothing to loose i took it apart and found that it was fried. I only got to use this item twice for not even a total of 30 minutes now i am out over a hundred dollars for garbage tools
