High quality and very heavy duty. I use to secure camera to BCD. For lightweight applications might be overkill.

I live the size and coil retraction. Use it for my camera clipped to the front of my BC while diving and it kept camera in reach without dragging.

Great for my dive camera, however I recommend swapping the carabiner clip with a bolt snap shackle for added safety.

Love this strap. I used it to secure my camera rig on a recent dive trip and it was perfect. The cord is long enough to extend my arm almost fully, and it kept my heavy dive light close. Probably will buy more. I like this better than the retracting type as it was much stronger.

I've used this on 10 or so dives with my GoPro attached to the end and other to my BC.. it's more impressive then I thought it would be because for using a GoPro on a hand held mount with this allowed me a lot of freedom to get pictures but not worry if my hand slips off it.. Of course, you can use this for other means but it was perfect for me. The blue curled thing is very durable and quality made - it will hold up under rough conditions for sure. I'd trust this over some of the cheaper offerings you might see from dive shops that are just your plastic clip and lanyard

I’ve used this clip to take my GoPro on 100+ dives and can’t recommend it highly enough. The key ring threads through the bottom mounting attachment on my Go Pro case and has held up really well. Having a GoPro clipped to my BCD on every dive great. This attachment keeps your hands free, and is really easy to unclip and extend your camera when something neat swims by.
