It was said this Rakhi can be replaced in 10 days
Few stones are missing on bracelet. I need my money back . There was a option to process return in 10 days if we don’t like the product, the piece seems to be defective , I am processing return within a day of getting the package delivered but I don’t see any option to process return to get my money back or get a new set of Rakhi.

Not a quality product
Green stones have scratches and are of cheap quality... Even the thread in the bhabhi rakhi is not cut off showing it's not a quality product. Rest the packaging is good in red bag including roli and chawal.
