Like other users of this product, I've noticed inconsistencies in the capsules. Nonetheless I've taken most of them now and I feel like they've helped to some extent. However, I wouldn't say that I have a physical workout routine. I do things like walking my dogs, helping my family go to dialysis and doctors appointments where I push the wheelchair, and I do the heavy lifting for them as well. In addition to that, I also walk hiking trails. So I'm sure I would have more consistent results if I had a workout schedule, but I don't. I'm sure that if I were trying to bulk up, they'd help though, but I just try to keep moving around in hopes to lose weight in whatever means possible. Due to inconsistency in the capsules, I feel like you should maybe try this one at your own risk.

Purchased this to increase muscle soreness and pumps at gym, this product definitely delivers on those two. After my first workout while taking these my legs were SUPER sore and I noticed my performance was increased. Only drawback is the taste.

The only thing you'll need before a workout. Take two capsules 22-40 minutes before working out and you'll feel it. It's a subtle feeling of a boost in strength, and you'll be maxing out easily before you can pronounce arachidonic. The capsules are easy to swallow. It has 150 capsules so you'll be good for a minute. Very good workout supplement.

Not what it says on the tin. I've had the real thing; I need it for my lupus. This does literally NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I had to swap from my normal brands because of the tariff crap, and as soon as my old brand dose wore off and I'd been taking this for a whopping three days, I was DRAGGING. Trust the low rating. Buy ARA by Nutrija when it's back in stock instead; at least that's the real deal.
