Great Product for my toddler.
Product as described. Some may find it a little flimsy but so far has survived a few drops.

Came not working!!
Ridiculous really!! Out of the box not working with a silly note from seller, if it is not working, you may need to change batteries!!!!!! Really!? Two button batteries which are not commonly available and i need to buy them now to check if it even works!!! What a liberty!!!

Damaged
The board has some issues, when you start writing, there are some marks which appear. I am not sure if the product is damaged or has an issue.

I had a smaller version, less than A4 size and it was a great little tool, until I lost it, so since I needed to buy a bigger one, I went for the biggest size I could find, and it's even better. Very handy to take notes, and if you wanna save your drawings and doodles, just take a picture with your cell phone, open it in photoshop, inverting the colors (negative) will give you a normal image (black on white) and from there you can add the finishing touches, like eventual corrections or adding some colors. For this low price, there is no better alternative. Note that I also have a Samsung note 8 ultra with a touch sensitive stylus, ideal for digital art, but this cheaper tablet is just a bit more "intuitive" so it is very useful to setup a quick draft that can be "scanned" (just take a picture, lol) so it can be elaborated further on a PC... I highly recommend this product!

I got really angry and thought "I just got another 'Dud' that I will have to throw in the garbage as it will be too problematic to return." I pushed the reset button when I pulled it out of the box - it wouldn't reset. I pushed the lock and unlock button, several times in each direction - tried the reset again, nothing - dead as a door nail. I grab a small philips screw driver and opened the battery compartment. I pulled out the batteries it came with, I looked at them and then reinserted them the correct way, which they already were inserted - nothing, no response. My blood pressure is really starting to rise now. GRRRRrrrrr !!! Damn ! I'm going to have to try with my own brand new batteries. I reach up in the cupboard and pull out two brand new 2016 batteries and push them into the battery compartment, with the correct polarity where it should be. NOTHING ! Zero Response ! I breath in, slowly and deeply and exhale. I'm Q#$#@NG angry, like right NOW ! This damn thing won't work !!! I stop and take another deep long breath, flexing my fingers open and closed a few times. "Keep Calm" I think to myself... ...then I think "Let's think this out. Maybe the batteries aren't loading properly in the battery compartment ? Maybe I'll take a good look at it and see what's actually going on inside the battery compartment when I push them in. Even though everything seems tightly fitted when I push each of the batteries in. Let's take a look." And that was the problem right there. Each battery has a mounting harness that each battery has to properly sit in, when you insert the batteries. If you don't look, and just insert each battery Willy Nilly, there is a very good chance the battery you're pushing in won't line up properly with the battery harness and when you push the battery in without looking, the battery will get pushed below the battery harness mount and it will get squeezed in-between the battery harness mount and the bulk head of the tablet body. So it will feel like the battery really has been pushed in and it has good contact, but the battery never ended up going inside the mounting harness where it's supposed to be seated - SO IT WON'T WORK. So, I carefully looked where the battery was travelling to when I inserted it into the battery bay, and I made sure that it went into the battery harness located inside and was properly mounted in the harness. NOW I HAVE NO ISSUES and IT works AWESOME NOW. What an excellent and helpful product. My mother loves her new Wicue 15 inch LCD writing tablet, because she's deaf and she needs it to communicate with people around her. UPDATE**** - I went to use the tablet today and it didn't work. But WHY ? ...didn't it work. I pushed the reset button, no response. I moved the unlock / lock button back and forth, dead ! I thought about it, so when I went to retrieve it and use it, I noticed my mother had her Wicue 15 inch LCD writing tablet sitting on her table and the tablet had a few boxes sitting right on top of the tablet. I take it that one of the boxes was sitting right on top of the reset button, keeping it depressed down... which in turn, killed the battery. I replaced the batteries with new ones, making sure that both batteries were inserted correctly into the battery harnesses, again. I pushed the reset button, and BAM ! The Wicue writing tablet burst to life again. It works like a hot damn once again !!! ***UPDATE***: It is now coming to the end of March 2025 - actually the date today is Thursday, March 27, 2025. Guess What ? The Wicue writing tablet is still working like brand new AND it is still running on the same set of batteries I last put in several months ago. This tablet is very helpful and convenient to have on hand for communicating with deaf people who can't use signing (language) - it gets used everyday, several times a day. It's a good investment. UPDATE: It is now November 17 2025. As I mentioned putting in a set of new batteries from the last update - this Wicue writing tablet is still using those same batteries that I put in it near the beginning of the year and this Wicue writing tablet gets used several, several, times a day - Everyday. I am sad to say my mother was out shopping for groceries about a month ago and had her shopping list written down on the Wicue writing tablet and somewhere while in the grocery store, the plastic writing stylus finally loosened up enough that she didn't notice that it fell off somewhere in the grocery store and was never found. So I had to find a suitable plastic replacement for a writing implement for the writing tablet. But minus the writing stylus that was misplaced while shopping, this Wicue writing tablet is still working like HOT Tamales - I have had absolutely no issues with its performance when using it to communicate with my deaf mother - sure does save on using ink and paper. Absolutely LOVE IT !
